Terms & Conditions

• Cashback Categories:
  • Up to 7% on OTT subscriptions
  • Up to 3% on Clothing, Footwear, and Electronics
  • Up to 2% onGroceries, Restaurants and Fast Food
  • Up to 1% on all other spends (excluding ATM transactions)
• Eligibility: Transactions must be made with Bahrain-based merchants, except for OTT subscriptions.
• Monthly Cap: Total cashback is capped at 7 BHD per user per calendar month.
• Redemption: Cashback is awarded as BFC Points in the customer’s points wallet, with 1 BFC Point equaling 1 Fil (BHD 0.001). Points can be redeemed for monetary value or merchant coupons available in the BFC Pay marketplace.
• Additional Earnings: BFC Points earned on other app transactions like remittances, add money transactions, or bill payments are credited to the same points wallet.
• Points Credit: BFC Pointsare credited to the points wallet after the transaction is completed successfully. If not redeemed within 3 months, points will expire.
• Credit Period:The BFC Points will be credited to the customer wallet for a qualifying transaction within 30 days after the Transaction happens provided the wallet account is active.
• Transaction Reversal: If a transaction is cancelled or reversed, the points will be deducted from the points wallet. If there are insufficient points, the equivalent amount will be debited from the main wallet.
• Non-Transferability: Points cannot be transferred to another BFC Pay customer.
• Cash Voucher: If points are exchanged for a cash voucher, the voucher amount will be transferred to the BFC Pay Wallet.
• Fee Adjustment: BFC has the right to debit the points wallet for any due fees on the customer’s account.
• Fraudulent Activity: BFC Pay can wipe out points and block accounts if the customer is found abusing the program or involved in fraudulent activity.
• Program Termination: BFC Pay can stop the cashback campaign at any time with prior notification to customers.
• Final Decision: BFC Pay’s decision on points computation, lapse, forfeiture, cancellation, credit, and debit will be final and binding.
• Voucher Redemption: Subject to stock availability and the partner’s individual terms and conditions.
• Limited Period Offer: BFC Pay Cashback Program is only available for limited periods.
• Redemption Value Change: BFC Pay reserves the right to change the redemption value of vouchers and notify the customers accordingly.
• Non-Exchangeable: Once redeemed, vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned.

1.      The Referrer is only eligible for cashback if the Referees enter his/her valid referral code through the mobile application while applying for a Travel Buddy Card. 

2.      Referrer will only receive cashback when the referees apply for Travel Buddy Card successfully and add min. BHD 10 in their Travel Buddy Card Referrer will receive 3 BHD into his BFC Pay app prepaid wallet once his referred referee successfully applies for Travel Buddy card and adds add min. BHD 10 in their Travel Buddy Card  

Referee 

1.      Referee will receive 1 BHD into his BFC Pay app prepaid wallet once he successfully applies for Travel Buddy card and loads min BHD 10 on the same.  

2.      It is essential for the referee to put in the desired referral code to avail the said cashback. 

3.      Referees cannot put in a referral code after they have applied for the Travel Buddy card.
