Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must have an Active Travel Buddy Card and be in good standing throughout the promotion period.
2. For the purpose of draw entries, participants will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every cumulative spend of five Bahraini Dinars (BHD 5) made using the Travel Buddy Card on eligible Point of Sale (POS) or E-commerce (ECOM) transactions. This applies to transactions both within and outside Bahrain. Entries will be calculated based on cumulative eligible spending during the Promotion Period. For illustration purposes only, a cumulative spend of BHD 100 will result in 20 entries. Fractional amounts below BHD 5 will not generate entries. Only successfully authorized and settled transactions will count toward entry calculation.
3. Transactions conducted outside of Bahrain in foreign currencies will be converted to BHD using BFC Pay’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction settlement (not authorization). BFC Payments’ determination of the BHD equivalent value shall be final and binding.
4. The Promotion period commences at 00:00:00 hours (Bahrain time) on 18th February 2026 and concludes at 23:59:59 hours (Bahrain time) on 19th March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only transactions that are successfully authorized, processed, and settled during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the prize draw. Transactions authorized during the Promotion Period but settled after its conclusion shall not be eligible. For clarity, the transaction settlement date and time shall determine eligibility.
5. Excluded Transactions: The following transactions shall not be considered for the calculation of draw entries: (a) reversed transactions; (b) refunded transactions; (c) disputed or charged-back transactions; (d) fraudulent transactions; (e) cash advances or cash-equivalent transactions; (f) balance transfers; (g) fees and charges; and (h) any transactions that are subsequently cancelled or voided. If entries have been awarded for transactions that are later reversed, refunded, or charged back, BFC Payments reserves the right to deduct the corresponding entries from the participant's total. If a participant is selected as a winner but their account reflects net negative eligible spending due to reversals or refunds, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. One winner will be selected through a random computerized drawing conducted under the supervision of an authorized representative of BFC Payments and an official from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce ("MOIC") in accordance with MOIC regulations governing promotional draws in Bahrain. BFC Payments will maintain records of the draw process for the period required by MOIC regulations.
7. The prize consists of one (1) Apple iPhone 17 Pro (model and specifications to be determined by BFC Payments. The Prize: (a) cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items; (b) cannot be transferred or assigned, except as provided in clause (c); (c) may be redirected to an alternate recipient nominated by the winner, subject to BFC Payments' approval; (d) will be awarded "as is" without any warranties, express or implied; (e) is subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty terms only; and (f) any taxes, duties, or other costs associated with Prize acceptance and ownership shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. BFC Payments shall have no liability for any defects in or issues with the Prize beyond facilitating the manufacturer's warranty claim process.
8. Cashback rewards under this Promotion shall apply only to eligible card transactions made within the Kingdom of Bahrain using the Travel Buddy Card. Transactions conducted outside Bahrain shall not qualify for cashback rewards, regardless of whether such transactions generate entries for the prize draw. For clarity, the merchant's location as recorded in the transaction data shall determine whether a transaction qualifies for cashback.
9. Cashback rewards are earned as follows during the Promotion Period: (a) up to seven percent (7%) cashback (capped at a maximum of 7,000 BFC Reward Points) on eligible categories, specifically: (i) up to 7% on over-the-top (OTT) streaming and entertainment subscription services; (ii) up to 3% on clothing, footwear, and electronics purchases; and (iii) up to 2% on groceries, restaurants, and fast food purchases; and (b) once the 7,000 BFC Reward Points cap is reached, cashback will continue at a flat rate of one percent (1%) on all eligible transactions in Bahrain, regardless of category. Merchant category codes (MCCs) as determined by the card networks shall determine transaction categorization. BFC Payments reserves the right to determine maximum rates and category eligibility in cases of ambiguity. Cashback will be credited to the participant's account following the transaction settlement date, as per applicable terms and conditions.

• Points Credit: BFC Pointsare credited to the points wallet after the transaction is completed successfully. If not redeemed within 3 months, points will expire.
• Credit Period:The BFC Points will be credited to the customer wallet for a qualifying transaction within 30 days after the Transaction happens provided the wallet account is active.
• Transaction Reversal: If a transaction is cancelled or reversed, the points will be deducted from the points wallet. If there are insufficient points, the equivalent amount will be debited from the main wallet.
• Non-Transferability: Points cannot be transferred to another BFC Pay customer.
• Cash Voucher: If points are exchanged for a cash voucher, the voucher amount will be transferred to the BFC Pay Wallet.
• Fee Adjustment: BFC has the right to debit the points wallet for any due fees on the customer’s account.
• Fraudulent Activity: BFC Pay can wipe out points and block accounts if the customer is found abusing the program or involved in fraudulent activity.
• Program Termination: BFC Pay can stop the cashback campaign at any time with prior notification to customers.
• Final Decision: BFC Pay’s decision on points computation, lapse, forfeiture, cancellation, credit, and debit will be final and binding.
• Voucher Redemption: Subject to stock availability and the partner’s individual terms and conditions.
